These terms explain the agreement between you and Confetto when you access our website, use the AI interview practice tools, or purchase a subscription. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

Using Confetto
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your login credentials confidential and use Confetto only for lawful purposes related to preparing for interviews. We may update or discontinue features to improve the experience.
Your content
You own the content you submit, including your practice recordings and responses. By using Confetto, you grant Confetto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from that content to operate, provide, research, develop, and improve our products, services, and technologies. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew according to the cadence you select at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method on file. You can cancel renewals at any time; access continues through the end of the current period.
All prices are shown before applicable taxes. Refund requests are evaluated case by case—reach out to our team if something is not working for you.
Content and intellectual property
Confetto grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal preparation. All software, copy, and learning materials remain the property of Confetto. You agree not to resell access, share proprietary content, or copy simulations outside of your personal use.
Disclaimer of warranties
Confetto provides the service "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Confetto and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Confetto after an update means you accept the updated terms.
